Final Logo

My final logo went through a few iterations before it became the way it is now. The first versions of the logo had the letter "A" and "Z" inside the letter "N". After listening to feedback from my friends and from classmates, I decided the abandon that idea because of readability issues. The next iteration of the logo had the three letter side by side spelling out NAZ, and that's where the current idea of the disconnects in the letters was born. However, I got tired of the first iteration of the disconnected logo, and decided to take it in a slightly different direction.

After listening to some advice from classmates, I reworked the logo to not have a dash in the middle of the letter "A". I decided to iterate further on the disconnected "N" that I had, and instead of the dash, simply put a smaller line parallel to the right leg of the "A" to reinforce the "double lines" idea I had. I did the same with the inside of the "Z", but initially I had thin lines everywhere else, and thick lines inside the "Z". This was changed to keep the "Z" in line with the rest of the logo. During this time frame, I also permanently decided to use the dark red and blue that I have now, again following a suggestion from a classmate to use primary colors. However, I did put a twist on it, and the red I have is a shade closer to brown, and the blue is perhaps greenish in nature. The last change I made to this logo was making the "Z" wider, to compensate for how large the "N" is.

Overall, I think I accomplished what I set out to do, and this logo works well to show the modernity and sleekness I set out to have.
